About Kibo

Kibo is an online university that offers STEM degrees to African students, starting with computer science.  We’re on a mission to educate the next billion by using technology to deliver affordable and high-quality learning at scale. In 2022, we launched an online Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science to learners in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. In addition to the BSc, we offer free introductory programming classes and have taught 650+ students in 18 African countries in the past year.  Our investors include Neo, Future Africa, Pledges Inc, and angel investors who are experts in tech and education. What You’ll Do

We are hiring adjunct faculty members to teach CS courses. This is a part-time, non-tenure track, teaching faculty position with no requirements of research.  We have immediate openings for instructors starting in January 2023. We are also building a part-time faculty pool from which instructors will be considered for teaching appointments as they become available.
