As an Automation Assistant Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive 6-month training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to master no-code/low-code tools. This program will give you the skills needed to excel as a no-code/low-code expert, a role that is in high demand across various industries.

You'll be immersed in hands-on projects that provide insights into the world of automation. By the end of this program, you'll possess a thorough understanding of these tools and a deep sense of readiness to contribute meaningfully to organizations seeking the services of no-code/low-code experts.

Collaborating closely with our Data and Operations team, you'll have the chance to witness the real-world applications of your training. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to technologies and refining your problem-solving capabilities.

What you will do

• Use no-code/low-code automation tools like Airtable, Zapier, and Make (formerly Integromat) to automate and streamline business operations.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their specific needs and challenges. You'll then find creative ways to address these needs.
• Participate in the constant improvement of processes to become more efficient.
• Create comprehensive documentation for the automated processes you design. This documentation will serve as a resource for team members to understand and follow these processes.

• Excellent written and oral communicator: as a remote-first, globally distributed startup, we spend a lot of time communicating in writing and documenting our processes. Thus, clear, structured, and well-organized writing is a must. In addition, strong oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within teams and when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
